What a busy start we’ve had to spring, despite the lingering winter conditions! We started the season by welcoming our grandparents to school where following Mass, they enjoyed refreshments and some light entertainment in the Community centre. They then visited the children in their classrooms and were very impressed with all the hard work being done in all classes. Each grandparent also received a St, Bridget’s Cross made by the children in 5th and 6th class and blessed at Mass.
Our Senior children have been taking every opportunity to engage with the many fun activities available to them – whether its a quiz, a novelty event or an essay writing competition we’re up for the challenge!
