We raised our 6th green Flag last week based on the theme ‘Global Citizenship, Litter and Waste’. This was a fitting tribute to the hard work of the Green Schools Committee guided by Ms. Kelly and Helena King. A past pupil, Josh McCormack and Evan McNeill from McCompactor (winners of The Student Enterprise Programme, Young Entrepreneur) raised the flag. Josh acknowledged his participation in The Green Schools committee when he himself was a pupil in Scoil Bhríde and thanked Ms. Kelly and Helena for their ongoing commitment to The Green Schools initiative.
