Handball has always been an integral part of the school year here at Scoil Bhríde and with our very own handball alley it is no wonder that we have many champions in our midst both past and present.
One of the highlights of the summer term is the handball competition where pupils from 3rd to 6th class practice and compete for the ‘Madelaine O’Connell’ perpetual trophy with trophies for singles and doubles awarded to winners and runners up in the different categories.
